SFDA registration is new to issue required certificates online for all perfume and cosmetics shipments entering KSA.

eCOSMA For Registration click here.After the registration process is complete, you will be given a Cosmetic notification system number. eCosma number is 2017-COS-XXXXXXX-N-XXXXX.  This number must be obtained before SASO Certificate applications. After registration, only the registration number is given. System registration can be queried with the number. Also, no certificate is required.
